📌 Temporary “Duct Tape” Solution:
If you aren’t ready to swap the engine today, you can “duct tape” the safety problem temporarily by enrolling in the official support extension. Your PC must be running Windows 10 version 22H2.
- Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
- Look for a message about support ending and click the Enroll now link.
- You will need a Microsoft account to complete the wizard.
This keeps the rig patched for a few more miles, but it doesn’t fix the underlying “heavy” engine problem.
